    Virginia Tan is the co-founder and president of Lean In China, a women's platform with over 100,000 members across more than 25 cities and 100 universities in China, which supports the goals and aspirations of Chinese women. She co-founded She Loves Tech, a global initiative focusing on technology by women and technology for women, which also houses the world's largest competition for women tech entrepreneurs, held across more than 10 international locations. She is also the founding partner of Teja Ventures, Asia's first gender lens venture capital fund, which targets early stage women impact companies.
    Virginia's background is in law and finance, where she was an experienced finance lawyer for more than 8 years specialising on energy, resources and infrastructure sectors in emerging markets, and has worked in Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and South America for 2 magic circle firms. She moved to Beijing in 2013 to work on strategic investments related to the "One Belt One Road" initiative on behalf of Chinese state owned companies and financial institutions.
    Her work has been covered by Forbes, the Financial Times, Bloomberg Businessweek, BBC, CCTV, etc. She has spoken at some leading institutions such as Alibaba, Baidu, Bloomberg, Dell, Disney, DSM, General Electric, P&G, HP, Medtronic, Peking University, Tsinghua University, UNICEF, UN Women, etc.

    Lesly Goh (LinkedIn Profile) is the World Bank Group Chief Technology Officer and Director of Enterprise Architecture and Technology. Her focus is to leverage Cloud technology to deliver business outcomes such as client responsiveness, organizational effectiveness and manage risks. She also provides technology advisory in Disruptive Technology from explorations and learnings in the World Bank Innovation Lab to address the Development challenges.

    Previously Lesly was the Financial Services Industry Lead for Microsoft Asia Pacific. Lesly’s past Financial Services Industry experience covers a broad spectrum ranging from Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Asset Management, Development Banks and Financial Data Providers. She is recognized as a thought leader in the industry, especially in FinTech and the use of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain technologies as a new frontier for disrupting the traditional business model in Financial Services.

    Lesly is a mentor/advisor for several FinTech startups in Asia and a Fellow at Singapore University of Social Sciences. Lesly has been an advocate for Women in Technologies and academia for students in STEM such as DigiGirlz from her background in Computer Engineering and Mathematics. She is also a key contributor for Cloud Platform in the working group with IFC and MAS for the ASEAN Financial Innovation Network (AFIN initiative). Lesly is a certified Data Architect and worked on many high-profile Data and AI initiatives in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare/Life Sciences and Smart Cities. For over 20 years, she specialized in Advanced Analytics such as BI/Analytics, Data Mining, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, Pattern Matching, Forecasting model, and Semantic Analysis. She brings a balance of technology specialty and business strategy from the Management Consulting background at Deloitte.

    Gloria formerly served as China Central Television’s financial news commentator based in New York, and has hosted feature interviews across a range of mainstream media outlets. She is the only Chinese host named on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list. As an internationally recognized event host, she attends over one hundred global summits per year, including the International Finance Forum, Wuzhen World Internet Conference, Boao Forum for Asia, China Development Forum, World Innovation Summit for Education, and CES.

    Founded in 2014, iAsk Media has documented the principles of innovation practiced by over 1000 global entrepreneurs and investors, including Bob Xu, Will Cheng, Peter Thiel, Huang Xiaoming, and Dong Mingzhu.

    Gloria is also an active investor in media technology. She covered TMT investment at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in 2012, and was named the youngest-ever venture partner at the Softbank Asia Infrastructure Fund (SAIF) in 2016. She has personally led investments in media technology companies such as vPhoto and MovieBook.

    Gloria is committed to a number of philanthropic causes. She is a multi-year recipient of the China Charity Ambassador’s Award, was named Global Brand Ambassador for her home city of Huangshan, and is the initiator of the “Little Red Dress” campaign to support charitable causes in China.

    Gloria graduated top of class with a B.A. in journalism from Communication University of China; earned a M.A. in Media Studies from Peking University; and received a second M.A. in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

    Lynn received her M.Phil. from Prof. Xiaoou Tang’s Multimedia Lab in the department of Information Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007, and B.Eng. from the department of Electrical Engineering and Information Science at the University of Science and Technology of China in 2005. She was a research intern in Microsoft Research Asia in 2005 and 2007. Her research was primarily focused on Face Alignment and Face Recognition. She published her first paper in ICML 2006 as the first author.

    Now Lynn is a Product Executive Director, managing the product and engineering group of Education team and Video Platform team at Sensetime. Before joining Sensetime, she was a Senior Group PM Manager with the Apple Siri team in Cupertino CA, in charge of a product line to bring Siri’s intelligence to iOS, macOS, and AppleWatch. Prior to joining Apple, Lynn was Senior PM of the Input Solution group for Microsoft Windows Phone, and managed a core team in Redmond WA as well as 3 regional teams in Eastern Asia. She’s extremely passionate about product design, and owns 25 US patents regarding product and UX design.
